Snackage

I got in 2 more lovely ski days over break. Soo much fun. We went to Breckinridge and made it worth it. Nothing cures a hangover better than some fresh mountain air and adrenaline filled runs! Plus major bonus because no one was there on Sunday. No lift lines=Happy Whitney.

But beware of the ski monster. She will get you every time.

More snackage. I just can’t get enough. One of my all time favorite things are baked garbanzo beans (chick peas). Soo yummy. And the best part is that you can dress them up however you would like. I prefer and little salt and spice.

Y.U.M Chick Peas:

So so easy! Get 2 cans of garbanzo beans and rinse them well. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Remove excess water and add into a bowl with 2 Tbsp of olive oil.

Add any seasonings you prefer. I usually add garlic salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and red pepper flakes. Like I said, I looove spicy.

Add bean/peas onto a cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Pull out of the oven and toss around the bean/peas and bake for another 10-15 minutes depending on the crunchiness you prefer.

Pull out of the oven and let cool. And ENJOY. They can last for days if you keep them in the fridge. Great work snackage.

And yes, I always eat my chick peas out of wine glasses. Don’t you?
